Hello Johnny, Many thanks for giving your engine specs. This allowed me to find that I owned a 71 intake and Qjet combo. I plan to put these on my '75 350 engine, and give my '66 Chevelle the whole thing. well, just fo the time I need to refresh the original 283, which is only 47.000 miles ! But this car didn't work since 1977, so the piston rings are dead. Thank you again, big congratulations for you impressive rebuild, and a very happy new year !!! Greatings from Normandy, France, Richard. (My cars: 66 Chevelle Malibu, 65 Chevelle SS, 64'n half conv 289 Mustang, 88 Cherokee)

Great site. You seem pretty knowledgeable on the Chevy/GMC. I have a 67 GMC Stepside that looks like a GMC and the VIN matches the truck perfectly. But my title says CHEV. Were some GMC's classified this way or is this just a factory boo-boo. Thanks -Gary

Gary,
It's likely that it is your title that's wrong. Titles are issued by the state not the GMC factory. Whoever issued the licence probably just typed "Chevy" because it's a General Motor's product. You could check with your title office to see if they would correct it. |

Great site, lots of fun things here. Beautiful truck, too. I found the link to your Model Differences Page from the 67-72 chevy truck board. I'm glad I took a look.
